Diana Creason | Designated Broker

Diana has been deeply immersed in the property management industry since 1997, honing her expertise and passion for real estate. In 2002, she founded Sundial Real Estate, driven by a vision to provide personalized, results-driven services. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Residential Property Manager (CRPM), Diana specializes in managing both residential and commercial properties, with a particular talent for taking on challenging properties and transforming them into well-organized, profitable investments.

Her commitment to excellence and keen problem-solving skills have earned her a reputation for success, particularly when it comes to reorganization and revitalization of underperforming properties.

Originally from Arizona, Diana’s diverse background includes living in San Diego and Michigan, which has given her a unique perspective on the real estate market in different regions. She brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to every client and property she works with.

Outside of her professional life, Diana enjoys a range of hobbies, including archery, disc golf, attending festivals and fairs, enjoying music concerts, and giving back to her community through volunteering. Her enthusiasm for life and dedication to both her clients and her community make her a standout in the real estate industry.

Courtney

Courtney Creason | Property Manager

Courtney is a seasoned Property Manager with 13 years of hands-on experience and holds a Certified Residential Property Manager (CRPM) designation. Known for her loyalty, professionalism, and can-do attitude, she brings a strong sense of community and calm to every property she oversees. Her approachable nature and genuine care for both residents and team members make her a go-to person for getting things done-and doing them well.

At the heart of it all, Courtney is a proud mom to two sweet little ones who inspire her daily. They keep her grounded, joyful, and always on her toes. She thrives on structure and finds joy in creating systems that simplify life for everyone around her—whether it’s in the office, at home, or out in the field.

When she’s not managing properties, Courtney is most likely tending to her ever-growing collection of houseplants, planning her next travel adventure, or refreshing a space just for fun. She loves discovering new places, learning about different cultures, and finding peace in the little things—like a perfectly organized drawer or a thriving fiddle leaf fig.

With a deep passion for people, places, and creating spaces that feel like home, Courtney approaches every day with curiosity, heart, and a touch of green-thumbed magic.

Dannielle

Dannielle Canada | Sr. Office Associate

Dannielle is a dedicated property manager with nearly one year of experience in the field. She thrives on working closely with property owners, residents, and vendors to create comfortable, welcoming living environments. Dannielle is passionate about fostering strong community relationships and strives to make every property she manages feel like home.

Her background is as diverse as her interests. Having lived across the United States — from California to North Carolina, Michigan to Arizona — Dannielle brings a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for community dynamics. Before transitioning into property management, she enjoyed a successful career in revenue accounting with a popular airline company, where her work sparked a lifelong love of travel and exploration. Among her favorite destinations are the shores of Lake Michigan and the landscapes of Scotland.

Dannielle is also a proud mother of three grown children and a devoted grandmother to four wonderful grandchildren. Outside of work, she treasures time spent with her family and friends, exploring new cuisines, hiking, traveling, attending live music events, and enjoying blockbuster movies.

She is grateful to be part of the exceptional team at Sundial Real Estate and looks forward to continuing to serve her community with care and dedication.

Rhyannon

Rhyannon Sanders | Office Manager

With over 30 years of experience keeping businesses running smoothly, Rhyannon Sanders brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for people to her role as Office Manager at Sundial Real Estate. A graduate with a degree in Accounting, Rhyannon has served in diverse industries as an office manager, bookkeeper, and director—making her a versatile and resourceful administrative leader.

At Sundial Real Estate, Rhyannon is involved in all aspects of daily operations. She oversees administrative duties, manages payroll and HR, supports the property management team, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. She also handles resource allocation, budget management, and internal communication—playing a key liaison role that keeps the team aligned and productive. Among all her responsibilities, event planning remains her favorite part of the job.

Though relatively new to the real estate industry, Rhyannon enjoys the dynamic nature of the work and the variety of personalities she interacts with daily. She finds meaning in knowing her team helps provide safe, comfortable homes for people and takes pride in working alongside a dedicated and compassionate group of professionals.

Outside of work, Rhyannon enjoys cooking from scratch, canning, and creating new recipes. She also loves relaxing with family and friends and spending her free time exploring the country. An avid traveler, she finds joy in discovering new places and making lasting memories.

Hannah

Hannah Ralph | Property Manager

Hannah is a committed and personable Property Manager at Sundial Real Estate, where she’s been managing properties with care and enthusiasm for nearly a year. With a strong foundation in real estate sales, she brings both market insight and a genuine love for helping people feel at home—whether it’s assisting owners with their investments or guiding tenants through the leasing process.

Her portfolio is primarily based in Tempe, where she works closely with a diverse tenant base, including many students navigating their first rentals. She thrives in this energetic environment and balances professionalism with approachability—earning her trust and rapport with both residents and property owners alike. Her experience also extends throughout the Valley, giving her a broad perspective on the local rental market.

What Hannah loves most about working at Sundial is the supportive, tight-knit culture. “It truly feels like family,” she says. “Everyone here is passionate, collaborative, and always willing to step in and help each other.”

Originally from Indiana, Hannah has embraced Arizona as her home. In her free time, you’ll find her soaking up the desert sun with her family—whether it’s hiking scenic trails, road-tripping to new small towns, or chasing sunsets in the Sonoran. She's a mix of Midwestern warmth and Arizona adventure, and she brings that same spirit to her work every day.

Tammy Chase | Property Manager

Tammy has spent the past 5 years building her career in the Real Estate industry, and has proudly held her AZ Real Estate License since 2024, and recently completed her CRPM designation. Since then, she has worked as a Property Manager in a few different areas in the state, where her detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills help to ensure smooth operations and positive client experiences. She truly enjoys being a part of the supportive, hard-working team at Sundial, and takes pride in contributing to their shared success.

An Arizona native, she is also a proud mom to 5 awesome boys, and a proud Nonna to 1 amazing grandson.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga, trying out new restaurants, and watching UFC. 


Hailey

Hailey Creason | Property Manager

Hailey is a licensed real estate agent and CRPM with 11 years of experience and a special talent for turning properties into warm, stylish, one-of-a-kind homes. With a sharp eye for design and a passion for helping clients bring their vision to life, she’s known for blending creativity with practical know-how—making every space she touches both functional and fabulous.

A proud summa cum laude graduate of Arizona State University, Hailey holds a degree in Business Sustainability, offering her clients a smart, long-term perspective on real estate investment. She thrives in fast-paced environments, has a deep love for new construction, and proudly calls herself a “chameleon”—always ready to adapt, solve problems, and show up with style and confidence.

Born in Michigan but raised in Arizona, Hailey has embraced the desert as her forever home. She adores the sunshine, the landscape, and the character of the Valley—especially when it comes to real estate and architecture.

Outside of work, Hailey’s life is filled with cozy charm and creative joy. She’s obsessed with reading and always has a book nearby. She has a soft spot for anything with a theme—from over-the-top party planning to perfectly curated seasonal decor. If there’s an excuse to color-coordinate, DIY, or throw in a clever detail, she’s all in. You’ll also find her exploring hidden gem lunch spots, or snuggling up with her beloved cats—who, according to her, absolutely deserve their own spotlight.

Traveling to new states and countries is one of her greatest joys. Whether it’s discovering new design ideas abroad or simply experiencing a different culture, she brings that inspiration home with heart—and a little sparkle.

Kymberly

Kymberly Dorsey | Property Manager

With 9 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent and the last 5 spent specializing in property management, Kymberly brings both heart and hustle to every aspect of her work. For the past 2 years, she’s been an essential part of the Sundial Real Estate team, where she’s found deep purpose in the challenges and rewards of helping people feel truly at home. What she loves most? Being part of a supportive, hardworking team that leads with kindness and delivers results.

Kymberly’s calm, composed nature comes from years of working in high-pressure environments—including her previous career in 911 emergency services. That experience taught her how to stay cool under pressure, listen with empathy, and take decisive action—skills that serve her every day in managing properties and supporting clients with care.

Originally from sunny Southern California, Kymberly made Arizona home in 1997 when her kids started school. Being a mom has always been her greatest joy, and now, watching her children become parents themselves has taken that joy to a whole new level. She lights up when talking about her 18-month-old grandson, and her home is never quiet thanks to her five lovable dogs—each with their own personality.

Outside of work, Kymberly is an avid genealogist, fascinated by the stories that live in her family tree. She’s traced her roots back to the late 1700s and dreams of traveling to walk the same paths her ancestors once did. Whether she’s connecting the past or building a future, Kymberly is passionate about people—and that shines through in every aspect of her work.

Sammy

Sammy Benniefield | Property Manager

Sammy is a dedicated Property Manager and Licensed Real Estate Agent at Sundial Real Estate, bringing 11 years of experience in managing single-family homes and apartment communities. She thrives in the fast-paced world of property management, enjoying the challenges of staying busy, solving problems, and exercising adaptability to ensure properties run smoothly and efficiently.

One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is helping owners maximize their investments—whether through strategic management or coordinating full remodels that revitalize a property. Sammy takes pride in helping properties look their best and operate at their highest potential.

At Sundial, the approach is hands-on. Each property manager is deeply involved in every detail, and Sammy is no exception. Her active involvement ensures she remains fully informed and able to deliver personalized services to both owners and tenants.

Outside of work, Sammy enjoys cooking and art, which fuels her creativity and keeps her inspired. She brings that same energy and passion into her professional life, ensuring every property she manages receives the care and attention it deserves.

Phoebe

Phoebe Clem | Administrative Assistant

Phoebe serves as the Administrative Assistant here at Sundial Real Estate where she works to process incoming invoices and files secure and organized. While she may be newer to the world of bookkeeping and the real estate industry as a whole - her sharp attention to detail and passion for learning has made her a valued member to the Sundial team. With an experienced background in customer service, as well as a lifetime of experience with computers and her degree in communications Phoebe has used these skills to help assist everyone around the office as best as she can.

When not at work Phoebe is known to read comics in her spare time, with particular favorites being Batman and the Green Lanterns. Otherwise much of her time is spent exercising, biking long distances while listening to music or a favorite podcast being her preferred way to spend her mornings - with particular favorites being focused on key moments in history with a focus on how such moments even happen in the first place. 

Andrea Hunter | Receptionist 

Andrea is a recent addition to the Sundial Real Estate team and serves as Front Desk Receptionist. With a professional background in reception and administrative support, she brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her role and values clear communication, organization, and client care. Known for her warm presence and problem-solving mindset, Andrea strives to ensure each interaction is both efficient and welcoming. Originally from Yuma, Andrea relocated to the East Valley three years ago. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which informs her ability to listen attentively, anticipate needs, and support a calm, well-structured office environment. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys reading, film, photography, and spending time in nature. She is also a devoted cat owner and appreciates creative pursuits that encourage reflection and curiosity.

Maggie Horan | Property Manager

Maggie Horan is a dedicated Property Manager with five years of industry experience. Born and raised in Arizona, she brings a deep understanding of the Valley and its communities, allowing her to effectively meet the needs of both residents and property owners.

Maggie is committed to cultivating strong landlord-tenant relationships and ensuring every property under her care is maintained with exceptional attention to detail. Known for her proactive communication and value-driven approach, she supports property owners while helping maximize the long-term success of their investments. Maggie is proud to be part of the Sundial Real Estate team and values the encouraging support and family-oriented culture.

Outside of work, Maggie enjoys DIY projects and exploring new recipes in the kitchen. She cherishes spending time with her "Boo", Shawn, their fur babies Fido, Bruno & Lulu and her two grown children and three wonderful granddaughters.
